Personalized Career and Life Coaching
for Neurodivergent Individuals

I work with individuals of any neurotype — whether neurodivergent, neurotypical, or still exploring how they identify— regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis. I also understand and respect that some people may choose not to disclose their neurodivergence, either in the workplace or during coaching. My approach welcomes anyone who simply wants to talk with someone who values and appreciates different ways of thinking.

My focus is to help you identify your strengths, navigate job searches, and achieve success in the workplace through 1:1 personalized support. My life coaching services are designed to help you create structured balance and meet your low support needs.

What Is Neurodivergence?

Neurodivergence refers to individuals whose brains process, learn, and experience the world in ways that differ from what is considered typical. This includes conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Tourette’s Syndrome, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, and others. In contrast, individuals who do not exhibit these differences are often referred to as neurotypical.
